“Entre-vous!” Welcome to the Inn at Europa Village
A group of guests have just arrived at the front door of the Inn at Europa where they are greeted by Chef Dean & Nicole. Let’s listen in…
“Welcome to the Inn, I’m Dean, the Innkeeper and Chef here at Europa. Have you been to Temecula Wine Country before? What is on the agenda? Let me get you a local map, one side is wine country, the other side Old Town; full of shops, olive oil tasting and restaurants. Old Town has a western feeling having been founded after the Pony Express.
“I have been a chef in wine country for years, feel free to pick my brain, I will share my opinions. Do you have dinner plans? I will not send you anywhere I would not eat myself. There are over 40 wineries here in Temecula Valley, quality not quantity. Are you white or red wine fans? When asked, I say “wet.”
“We have only one television here at the Inn. We promote eye contact, conversation, and music. Please make yourselves at home. Have a white Sangria by Nicole, fruit is from the trees in our backyard; the wine is from Europa Village. Yes, you are looking out the window at Europa Village. As our guest, you receive a two for one tasting and 10% off any purchases at the winery including the gift shop or wine.
“Any food allergies for breakfast? We serve from 8:30-9:30 at your leisure; organic Sumatra café is brewing at 7am, come have some java with us and look out for the balloons in the sky above. There is always Republic of Premium Tea available. Breakfast is an “Experience.” We are going to France tomorrow, bring your passport. Next day is Spain. We cook with passion and use aphrodisiacs – just a fair warning!”
“There are two keys on your key chain; one to the front door. The other key is to your room. Make yourself at home, there is no curfew. You will be staying in the Cabernet Sauvignon room. Welcome. Please let us know if there is anything we may get for you.
“See you at breakfast!”
