CRANBERRY EN VIE RELISH

“This cranberry relish is good for all seasons and various roasts, braises or even breakfast ‘Europa Style’. The Cranberry En Vie Relish features the use of local Temecula Valley ingredients and a Europa Village Wine! Cranberry En Vie Relish is a favorite with Confit of Duck.”

INGREDIENTS:

1 LB Fresh Cranberries
1 Each Whole Orange, rind and flesh, remove seeds
4 oz. C’est La Vie En Vie Wine
1 C Temecula Valley Honey

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Prepare the relish in advance to allow it to macerate. Relish can be prepared over a month in advance. Place cranberries and orange through a meat grinder with large dye holes. Add the C’est La Vie En Vie wine and Temecula Valley Honey; cover tightly and refrigerate. Taste the next day and add honey to adjust sweetness.
